Plamen is a seasoned senior technology leader with a proven track record of transforming and building successful businesses by leveraging data as an asset and creatively applying analytics, AI, and advanced technologies. Formerly the Chief Data Officer at Anthem, Plamen is also an adjunct faculty member of Northwestern University and the University of Illinois.
